IT Assistant in Field Logistics and Services Sector / Logistics Unit/ Equipment and Logistics Division (The Service Desk team)

Job description:
  • Support service management processes development and review, incoming queries and request as per ServiceNow processes management and provide technical expertise in test cases and scenarios evolution, for all contractual testing activities.
  • Contractual Support: Provide contribution to the preparation and execution of all contractual meetings and reviews, ensuring that all necessary materials and information are available and up-to-date.
  • KPI Review and Analysis: Support the review of contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyzing data and trends to identify areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Technical Documentation Review: Review and verify all technical documentation delivered by Contractors, ensuring that it meets the required standards and specifications.
  • ServiceNow Support: Provide training and support to Frontex staff on how to manage tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring that they are able to effectively utilize the system and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Contract Review and Preparation: Participate in and contribute to the preparation and execution of all contract reviews, including the development of review materials, agendas, and minutes.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-year experience in a similar position, including dealing with editing and layout of documents and working in SharePoint; Good knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint; luent English min.B2 - work completely in English;
  • Education: successfully completed secondary education related to the business needs, IT area preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure and experience in organizing work and prioritizing accordingly;
  • Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels internally and externally and in appropriate manner;

  • Proven organizational skills;
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment;
  • Ability to learn new skills and software;
  • Ability to work in a team.
