How You Will Make an Impact:

As a Junior Customer Operations Representative, you’ll play a key role in managing a blend of customer service and back-office responsibilities. Your contributions will help ensure efficient operations and a seamless experience for our customers.

• Accurately processing sales orders and credits in our systems.
• Promptly and professionally managing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Ensuring smooth and timely deliveries.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
• Collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Solid problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Tech-savviness and proficiency in computer skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Excel, or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including some weekends and bank holidays.
