Praca: Project Lead Process Improvement Specialist

• managing projects of various degrees of complexity,
• periodic and ad hoc reporting on project status,
• support reporting tasks on project portfolio,
• processing and archiving of information resources,
• support in preparing project documentation according to defined requirements,
• identify waste, risks, opportunities and offer managing and supporting process improvement projects,
• conduct cross-department consultancy work, within the areas of Accounts Receivable, General Accounting and other,
• drive the change towards globally harmonized processes and best practices,
• ensure that the project management method is consistent with the organizations guidelines,
• apply Continuous Improvement methodology (6Sigma, Lean) to the transformation projects,
• lead continuous improvement workshops supporting the spreading of the Continious Improvment culture.

We are a great match if you have: 

• minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in process / project / change management,
• project management experience with proven capability to deliver excellent results in international projects,
• knowledge of project management methods,
• university degree / BSc in Economics (in the field of finance, accounting), Business Administration or IT (certificates and courses in Project Management is an advantage),
• experience in running IT projects,
• work experience in process improvements modeling, definition and implementation,
• high level of analytical, communication and presentation skills,
• very good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Visio)- SAP is an advantage,
• the ability to speak very good English,
• the ability to work as part of a team.
